Culture is what binds us as a society. It is the underlying, unspoken (and sometimes spoken) rules that guide everyday behavior. Agile software brings its own set of beliefs, practices, and standards that often do not mix easily into existing cultures. Our panelists will discuss the profits and pitfalls of building and adapting their company cultures and how agile played a role.
